Do you enjoy creating positive guest experiences and being part of a high-performing team? Comfort Suites Southfield is seeking a motivated and service-driven individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Agent . This role requires flexibility to work both afternoon shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and night audit shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) , approximately 3-4 days per week . Weekend availability is required. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor Perform all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage reservations via phone, online platforms, and in-person requests Provide accurate information regarding rooms, rates, and hotel amenities Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Process payments and verify billing information Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and cleanliness Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions Support group bookings and assist with special requests (e.g., VIP guests, events) Identify opportunities to upsell hotel services and amenities Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred Familiarity with hotel systems such as Choice Advantage/Hotel Key is a plus Basic understanding of online travel platforms (e.g., Booking.com, TripAdvisor) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule with availability for both afternoon and overnight shifts A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to guest satisfaction If you take pride in delivering excellent service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply and become part of our team.
