Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have experience in a resort or hotel setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and check them in and out of the hotel in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Perform night audit duties, including verifying guest accounts and ensuring that all transactions are accurate
  • Utilize hotel management software to manage guest accounts and perform various administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling any lost and found items
  • Work closely with the hotel's hospitality team to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a resort or hotel setting
  • Proven customer service skills, with a focus on providing excellent hospitality to all guests
  • Experience with phone systems and hotel management software
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • A strong understanding of hospitality management and hotel operations
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations
