Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receiving Technician to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate receipt and documentation of goods, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth inventory flow, support order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities Receives incoming materials, verifying materials to purchase orders / bill of lading, and inspecting for damage or other nonconformities when other receiving personnel are unavailable Build large orders on skids Ensures compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures Loads trucks with customer orders on skids by pallet jack and forklift Wraps and weighs skids for shipment Maintains a neat and clean work environment Processes materials by rebottling / repackaging and producing the purchased products Uses Sage 100 to locate information about products and orders Assist shipping department as necessary Performs additional duties as requested by Management Will work with some materials containing fiberglass Assist with inventory when needed Assist with building transfers when needed Requirements Requires high school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Mandatory Good oral and written communication skills Heavy Lifting up to 50 lbs - frequently Computer skills a must Forklift Experience a must Positive Attitude Join us as a Receiving Technician to play a crucial role in our warehouse operations!
