Job Summary:
The Hotel Front Desk Agents mission is to register guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. You would also be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience at the hotel; whether that be answering any questions, recommending activities and/or restaurants to guests.

  • Company Paid Essentials Duties and Responsibilities Greet and thanking guests in a sincere, friendly matter.
Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure. Posting charges to appropriate guest accounts. Anticipating and addressing guests' needs, and resolving their problems and complaints. Assisting guests with disabilities. Answering phones and assisting with inquires. Assisting the reservations department with taking guest reservations. Collaborating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a good rapport with fellow employees and reflect a positive attitude. Complete all assignments as requested on daily checklist Complying with company procedures and safety policies.. Maintain an open line of communication with Management. Required Experience /
Requirements:
Previous guest service experience preferred Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards Team Player Physical mobility and stamina Ability to follow instructions Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Well groomed, professional, and polite Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Typical Physical Demands Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to reach above head, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Ability to life and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
