The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries regarding accommodations, services, and local attractions. Process check-outs and ensure all billing is accurate. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to effectively assist guests. Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing phone systems to manage inquiries and reservations. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately for the day. Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management. Proficiency in front desk operations within a hotel environment is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is an advantage. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
