In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the safety and security of our property during overnight hours. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help foster a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management, guest relations, and operational procedures. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication, including multilingual or bilingual interactions when applicable Manage reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies using hospitality reservation systems Conduct night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring data accuracy for accounting purposes Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform property inspections, and respond promptly to emergency procedures or guest safety concerns Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive guest relations throughout their stay Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and documentation to ensure smooth operations during overnight hours Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and security protocols to ensure guest safety at all times Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations Experience with night audit functions and hotel operations is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally over the phone This paid role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in hospitality while delivering outstanding service in a lively environment.
