Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations and manage room assignments
- Conduct night audit duties to ensure accuracy of guest accounts
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to answer incoming calls and assist guests with inquiries
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area for a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with guest relations to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Proficiency in hospitality management practices
- Strong phone etiquette skills and familiarity with phone systems
- Prior experience in a resort or hotel setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest services
