Our north woods resort property features 67 condos (each offering one-to-four-bedroom accommodations). Schedule:

4 hour shift 8 hour shift Evening shift

Weekends Holiday Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
• Assist with maintaining gift shop and front desk stock levels, notify management when stock is low
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to move freely about the building to respond to guest needs and/or emergencies
• Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
• Various other duties as may be deemed by management
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
