Are you a night owl who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working independently? We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. In this important overnight role, you'll be the face of the hotel for late-night arrivals and early-morning departures while ensuring our daily financial records are accurate and complete. Guest Service & Front Desk Operations Greet and assist late-night arrivals with a warm, welcoming attitude. Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Answer and direct incoming calls, guest requests, and reservation inquiries. Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience. Night Audit & Administrative Duties Complete the nightly audit process and balance daily hotel transactions. Verify guest charges, payments, and billing information for accuracy. Generate financial reports, shift summaries, and daily operational documentation. Maintain accurate records and communicate important updates to hotel leadership. Safety & Security Conduct routine property walkthroughs and inspections. Monitor hotel security and respond appropriately to unusual situations. Follow emergency procedures and safety protocols when needed. Ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for guests and team members. What We're Looking For Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate. Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Skills & Traits Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and data-entry skills.
