Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Overnight Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests during the night shift. This role is vital in ensuring seamless guest experiences, maintaining security, and supporting hotel operations after hours. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a courteous and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications efficiently. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues promptly, and offering local information. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and controlling access points. Handle guest relations with a friendly attitude, ensuring all visitors feel valued and cared for during their stay. Support hotel management with administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting incidents, and updating guest information. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus to assist diverse guest populations. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution. Strong phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems are essential. Previous hotel experience or resort background will be advantageous. Ability to work overnight shifts with flexibility in scheduling; energetic and attentive demeanor required.
