Full Job Description Location:

Hopkins, MN Pay:

$16.00/hour

Schedule:

4 to 5 shifts per week - typically one early morning shift (5:40 AM start), one morning shift (8:40 AM start), and two midday shifts (11:45 AM start), with an occasional fifth shift as needed - one weekend shift per month (Saturday 7:40-10:15 AM or Sunday, 9:40 AM start). Shift length varies from 1.5 to 4 hours depending on workload. Days of the week are flexible.

What You'll Do Front Desk & Client Care Support instructors before, during, and after class Check in riders and keep the front desk running smoothly Track client milestones and birthdays and help us celebrate them Stay current on our promotions and pricing so you can answer questions confidently Text and email new clients, and follow up with first timers to help them feel welcome Studio Upkeep Keep the studio clean and welcoming: bathrooms, lobby, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry STARkids Watch children in our childcare space during class times Marketing Support Take photos and videos during classes and studio moments for use on social media Who You Are Personable and warm, someone riders will look forward to seeing Punctual and reliable A self-starter who takes initiative without needing to be told what's next Quick to smile and genuinely enjoys people Creative, especially when it comes to content and connecting with clients

Details Pay:
