Job Description

Little Falls Eye Care Center is seeking a FT Front Desk Coordinator. Our practice focuses on providing excellent patient and vision care. We have a 30 year history of continuing growth. We are looking for a team member with excellent customer service skills to ensure that our patients' experience meets and exceeds our promise of outstanding customer service. Front Desk Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: reception, greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays and various other duties. Other responsibilities include verifying and billing insurance, and assisting Doctor with pre screening procedures. Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
Hours:
  • Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm.
