$19.00 per hour Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay. Complete check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Manage reservations, guest information, room assignments, and keys. Answer guest questions and respond to requests with professionalism. Resolve guest concerns with a positive, solutions-focused approach. Communicate effectively with hotel departments to ensure an excellent guest experience. Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk environment. Requirements Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right customer-service professional . Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal English skills; Spanish or additional languages are highly preferred. Comfortable with technology and software; experience with Microsoft Office and hotel systems such as OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, or Slack is a plus. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. A TEAM-first mindset and desire to grow in hospitality. No hotel experience? No problem!
