The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a creative, skilled, guest-focused front desk agent to join their fun-spirited team! Must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is an upscale Marriott property located in Bloomington, Minnesota, conveniently situated near the Mall of America, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, and major Twin Cities attractions. Pay is $17.50, based on experience! In your role, you'll warmly welcome our guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay. Essential Job Functions:
Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests. Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests. Streamline the check-in and check-out process for guests. Answer incoming phone calls with promptness and professionalism. Excel at multitasking in a dynamic environment. Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 10 lbs. Primarily standing for the majority of the shift.
Qualifications:
Education:
Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred. One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role is required. Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel.
