Responsibilities Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with their inquiries to ensure a positive first impression Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales revenue Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing products to enhance visual appeal Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction Manage phone etiquette professionally when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management through stock replenishment, inventory counts, and product knowledge updates Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail setting is advantageous Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members Basic math skills for handling transactions, making change, and performing retail math calculations Knowledge of cashiering procedures, cash register operations, and cash handling best practices Experience with merchandising, product demos, upselling techniques, and stock management Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels success!
