In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving building to provide residents with a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. Your expertise will help foster a positive community atmosphere by delivering prompt and professional maintenance services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a rewarding setting . Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, and building interior elements. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing and misc repairs. Conduct carpentry, painting (including residential painting), and maintenance painting tasks to uphold building aesthetics and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using detailed reports. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents or property management staff Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance, repair multiple trades including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry. Hands-on experience with electrical equipment repair, plumbing fixtures. Join us in creating vibrant living community.

$22.00 - $26.50 per hour
