Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks to support office documentation and record-keeping processes. Support office management duties such as inventory management of supplies, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software, and organizing files for easy retrieval. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining organizational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Prior experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling phone etiquette professionally. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service or as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus. Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or similar programs is advantageous. Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills will be considered valuable assets.
