Reports to:
Front Office Manager What you'll be doing: Assisting guest with check-in and check-out Respond to guest issues and complaints in a friendly timely manner Managing a checklist consisting of billing, requests, VIPs, and room balancing tasks Assisting with limited coffee shop services Ability to Stand for entire shift Managing in-person, online, and phone reservations/inquiries What we offer: Hilton Go Hilton Team Member Travel Program Free employee parking Complimentary shift meal 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays Union representation and benefits in accordance with the SMART Local 10

Expected Hours of Work:
Full time, working 30 hours or more each week Flexible Schedule Weekend and Holiday availability are required Starting Wage is $17.57
Job Requirements:
Customer Service (1 Year) Hotel Experience (Preferred) Pep knowledge a plus, but not required Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable): Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
