Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent and Night Audit Specialist! In this vibrant role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. During your night shift, you will oversee front desk operations, complete detailed audits, and help prepare the property for the next day. Your energetic, guest-focused approach will help create memorable stays and build lasting guest relationships. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide outstanding customer service during check-in and check-out Manage multi-line phone systems professionally, responding to inquiries promptly and courteously Handle guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations efficiently to ensure satisfaction Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness, proper stocking, and presentation standards ( mandatory ) Perform cleaning duties, including maintaining the lobby, front desk, and common areas, including pool area( mandatory ) Fold laundry and assist with linen handling as needed ( mandatory ) Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to assist guests effectively Ensure the front desk and public areas remain organized, clean, and welcoming Support a positive guest experience by proactively addressing guest needs Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to perform night audit procedures with attention to detail Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette Ability to multitask and work independently during overnight shifts Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus Must be willing to perform breakfast setup, cleaning duties, and laundry tasks as part of daily responsibilities Join Our Team Start a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality makes a difference.
