• Closing and balancing all room accounts
• Counting and balancing cash and credit card receipts
• Making Adjustment or corrections to accounts as needed
• Completing various computer audit reports
• Registering guests
• Making reservations
• Answering the phone
• Conducting security walks Additional Responsibilities
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
• Fulfilling guest requests
• Checking guests in/out of their rooms
• Light cleaning of the lobby and public areas
• Whatever it takes to ensure our guests are extremely satisfied with their stay Qualifications & Requirements
• Previous Hotel experience will be helpful, especially with Hilton brands
• Must be able to problem solve in order to resolve guest issues that may arise
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Provide excellent customer service
• Organized and efficient with the ability to multitask
