Homewood Suites by Hilton - St. Cloud is looking for a friendly, energetic team member to join us as a Front Desk Agent (Day/Evening). If you enjoy helping people and creating great guest experiences, you'll love being part of our front desk team. You'll greet guests, support hotel operations, and be a welcoming face for travelers from all over. Job Overview Front desk agents are responsible for helping guests make reservations over the phone and in person, greeting and registering the guests upon arrival, and providing outstanding customer service during their stay. Night Audit will run night audit application with shifts from 11pm to 7am shift differential available. Qualifications & Requirements Must be able to problem solve in order to resolve guest issues that may arise Must be able to respond to emergency situations Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision Able to work in a fast-paced environment Provide excellent customer service Exceedingly organized and efficient with the ability to multitask Computer literate Weekend availability and flexible scheduling Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as well as talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. The employee must be able to see differences in widths and lengths of lines, such as those on graphs.
