This position offers an engaging and fast-paced environment with an evening shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM , with days varying based on business needs, including weekends and holidays . As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will be the welcoming face and friendly voice that sets the tone for a memorable stay. Your commitment to outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and ability to handle guest needs professionally will help ensure smooth operations during the evening hours. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems professionally, providing accurate information and courteous assistance. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, room assignments, cancellations, and special requests. Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling and credit card transactions. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and guest issues are resolved promptly. Monitor hotel activity during evening hours and uphold safety and security procedures. Assist with end-of-day reports and support night audit functions when necessary. Ensure lobby, front desk, and public areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming. Uphold all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to remain professional, friendly, and attentive in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with hotel property management systems and reservation software is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule as required. High school diploma or equivalent required.
