Guest Service Agent Join our dynamic team as a Guest Service Agent, where your friendly demeanor and commitment to exceptional customer service will create memorable experiences for our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met Uphold company policies and standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training preferred Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Proficiency in reservation management software and basic computer skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays We foster a vibrant, inclusive culture focused on growth and development.
