Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests promptly and courteously Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, verifying reservations and processing payments accurately Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Handle guest concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, striving to resolve issues swiftly and effectively Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized manner while managing administrative tasks such as logging arrivals/departures and updating guest records Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance for overnight operations Experience Previous hotel management or hospitality experience preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is highly valued PEP experience and Hilton experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant plus for serving diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in daily tasks Experience in guest relations or resort environments helps deliver an elevated guest experience Ability to handle night audit responsibilities confidently when required, ensuring accurate financial reporting Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive attitude contribute to success in this energetic role Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests!
