Job Description
## Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk
- Evening. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our resort hotel. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you. ## Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist with night audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Weekend Must ## Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
