Front Desk Branson Waterpark Hotel | Branson, MO Make Every Guest's Stay Unforgettable! Branson Waterpark Hotel is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Associates to join our team! As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for families visiting our indoor waterpark resort. Position Summary The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing outstanding guest service while efficiently handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, guest requests, and general hotel information. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and courteous during busy periods. Responsibilities Welcome every guest with a friendly, professional attitude. Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries. Process payments, room charges, refunds, and cash transactions. Verify guest information and maintain accurate reservation records. Explain hotel amenities, waterpark hours, policies, attractions, and local recommendations. Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues whenever possible. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist guests with room changes, key replacements, and special requests. Monitor lobby appearance to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Follow hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures. Maintain confidentiality of guest information. Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous hotel, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
