Front Desk Associate - Grand Plaza Hotel, Branson, MO Now Hiring - Under New Management! Located next to the Tanger Outlets, The Grand Plaza Hotel is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our guest services team. In this role, you'll be responsible for greeting guests, handling reservations and inquiries, managing guest accounts, and resolving any concerns—all with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Responsibilities:
Handle guest reservations across multiple platforms—including in-person, phone, and online bookings—while providing information on room availability, amenities, rates, special requests, and loyalty programs Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest account records and perform basic bookkeeping tasks Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, and issue keys and room assignments accurately Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready prior to guest arrival Address guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally to maintain a high standard of service
Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, time management, and customer service skills Proven ability to handle phone inquiries and resolve guest issues calmly and efficiently Familiar with hotel reservation or property management systems Prior experience in hospitality or in roles such as front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service representative within a hotel environment is preferred.
