https://www.apexsportshub.com/ Position Overview Apex Sports Hub is seeking dependable, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our Facility Operations & Guest Services staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming facility. This position combines front desk operations, customer service, facility oversight, and light operational responsibilities. Team members may work opening or closing shifts depending on availability and scheduling needs. Available Shifts We are currently hiring for flexible part-time coverage including:

Morning Opener:

5:30 AM•8:30

AM Weekday Evenings:

3:00 PM•10:00

PM Weekend Shifts:

Opening and/or Closing availability preferred Compensation $15•18 per hour , based on experience Performance and reliability bonus opportunities available Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Services & Front Desk Operations Welcome guests and athletes into the facility Check customers in using facility systems Process payments and memberships Answer phones and assist with inquiries Schedule bookings, rentals, and reservations Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Deliver a high-level customer experience at all times Facility Operations Open and/or close the facility depending on shift Ensure facility readiness before programming begins Follow opening and closing procedures accurately Communicate facility issues or maintenance needs to leadership Cleaning & Upkeep Restock and maintain bathrooms Empty trash and recycling Spot clean floors and common areas Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment Complete daily cleaning checklist tasks Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently and with a team Ability to multitask in a busy environment Basic computer and phone skills Ability to remain professional under pressure Previous customer service, hospitality, fitness, sports, or front desk experience preferred but not required What We're Looking For We want team members who: Take ownership and initiative Represent Apex Sports Hub professionally Enjoy helping people Can be trusted with responsibility Bring positive energy and consistency to every shift Why Work at Apex Sports Hub?
