Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Manage reservations and ensure accurate billing processes. Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction. Conduct night audits as required to ensure accurate financial reporting. Utilize phone systems effectively to handle incoming calls and messages. Cook and serve breakfast. Assist other departments when needed. Requirements Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations is preferred. Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; or abilities are highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proficient in using computer systems and phone systems related to hotel operations. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service excellence. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
