Compensation:

$17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Answer calls, manage reservations, and respond to guest requests. Check guests in and out, process payments, and explain hotel policies. Recognize IHG One Rewards members and assist with enrollment. Address guest concerns promptly and communicate follow-up needs to the next shift. Keep the front desk and public areas clean and welcoming. Assist with guest laundry and other front desk duties as needed. Complete shift reports and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

Available to work both day and evening shifts, including Sundays and weekends. Able to start immediately and attend five consecutive days of training. Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently. Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems. Previous hotel experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.
