Responsibilities Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with professionalism, utilizing property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Conduct nightly audits to verify revenue, expenses, and reservations, ensuring accuracy in financial records. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing guest relations through personalized attention. Handle front desk operations including phone communication, reservation management, and guest requests with courteous phone etiquette. Enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and compliance for all guests and staff. Maintain detailed records of transactions, audits, and incident reports to support operational integrity. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless hotel operations and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest services standards. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest inquiries professionally. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
