Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your energy and passion for exceptional customer service will shine! In this vital role, you'll be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring every guest's experience is seamless, memorable, and positive from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing a positive first impression of the property Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, offering prompt solutions and personalized service Coordinate reservations using hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and special requests are met Assist with guest requests, including room changes, amenities, and local information to enhance their stay Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions to ensure high-quality service standards Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times Support night audit activities when scheduled, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred, especially within resort or hotel environments Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to problem-solve and handle challenging situations gracefully Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), particularly OPERA or similar platforms used in hospitality settings Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest well-being Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional client interactions via phone and face-to-face Experience with night audit procedures is a plus for candidates interested in overnight shifts Join us in creating unforgettable guest experiences!
