  • We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent guest service skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with guests, this role is perfect for you.
  • Duties
  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
  • Check guests in and out efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Assist with arrival planning, reservations and room assignments
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform night audit duties as needed
  • Requirements
  • Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Must have availability to work all shifts
Pay:
$14.00 per hour
