Front Desk Agent (Evening Shift) | Candlewood Suites by IHG | Olive Branch, MS Join our team at Candlewood Suites by IHG in Olive Branch as a Front Desk Agent on our evening shift. Evenings are when many guests arrive and settle in, so you'll help set the tone for their stay. Many of our guests stay for days or weeks, so a friendly, dependable face at the desk makes a real difference.

Shift:

Evenings, 3 PM to 11 PM (most common) What we offer Merit-based pay increases Paid time off Holiday pay Opportunities to advance within our hotel team Discounted hotel stays What you'll do Welcome and check in guests, assign rooms, and make room changes as needed Take reservations by phone, in person, and online, and answer calls from prospective guests Process check-outs and bill for room charges and additional items Keep room availability and guest account records accurate Respond to guest requests and concerns, working with housekeeping and maintenance to get amenities delivered and repairs arranged Answer questions about the hotel and the area, including directions, dining, and things to do Receive and hold mail and packages for guests Inspect rooms after check-out and stay in touch with housekeeping about when rooms are ready Keep snacks and beverages stocked, and help set up and clean up the continental breakfast Help with laundry and keep the lobby clean and welcoming Pass along shift notes to the overnight team What you bring Availability to work evening shifts and weekends Front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Comfort with computers and a willingness to learn new software Accuracy with numbers, billing, and cash handling A friendly, professional, and calm approach with guests Dependable, on time, and able to work well with a team Ability to communicate in English with guests and teammates Authorization to work in the U.S. If you enjoy helping people and want a job with real benefits and room to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
