Job Description
This job requires you to be able to work in a fast paced environment with a high call volume throughout your shift. Must have great customer service skills and be able to work well with others. Must be able to critically think through situations to find the best solution if a problem arises. Must be willing and accepting to constructive criticism and be able to take direction to help improve your role as a Front Desk Agent. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience with hotel front desk preferred
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to effectively resolves any guest issues or problems
- Critical thinking
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment Job Duties
- Checking in / Checking out guest
- Creating new reservations over the phone and in person
- Inputting third party reservations into system
- High call volume
- Checking rooms
