Belgrade, MT Full-Time Position Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Assign guest rooms and issue room keys Process guest payments and manage billing accurately Deliver guest mail, messages, and other requested services Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and other hotel departments Serve as the primary point of contact for guest questions and requests Process food and beverage orders when applicable Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Ability to learn Choice Advantage System.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong computer and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Open availability, including weekends and holidays Experience with hotel property management systems is a plus
