Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and possess excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing processes
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous for guest relations
