Full Job Description Position:

Front Desk Agent Overview:

Be the face of the hotel! As a front desk agent, you'll welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, and help solve problems — all while keeping things running smoothly. It's a fast-paced, people-focused role where your positive energy makes a big impact.

What You'll Do:

Greet and check in guests with a friendly attitude Handle check-outs and process payments Answer questions about the hotel and local area Manage bookings (online, phone, and in person) Work with housekeeping/maintenance to keep rooms guest-ready Help with small tasks like delivering items to rooms, and cleaning Follow safety rules and report anything unusual Keep things professional and positive at all times

What We're Looking For:

an evening person with availability between 2 pm and 10 pm Good communication and people skills Basic computer know-how (hotel software is a plus) Able to multitask and stay organized Friendly and calm under pressure Customer service experience is a bonus Reliable, on time, and able to work the full schedule Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
