As a Front Desk Guest Experience Agent, you are one of the first and most important points of contact for our guests. You'll welcome people when they arrive, help them throughout their stay, and make sure they leave with a positive impression. This is a people-focused position for someone who is dependable, professional, comfortable using a computer, and able to stay calm and helpful when things get busy. Previous hotel experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out Process payments, verify credit, and maintain accurate guest accounts Make and confirm reservations Answer questions about the hotel and provide recommendations for dining, shopping, entertainment, and local activities Handle guest requests and work with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues Issue room keys and explain hotel information and policies Review charges and account information with guests Answer phones and respond to guest messages Maintain accurate records using the hotel's property management system Balance cash and perform basic front desk accounting Communicate with other departments to keep guest stays running smoothly Help create a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for every guest What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Shows up when they say they will Enjoys working with people Communicates clearly and professionally Can stay friendly and composed when things get busy Pays attention to details Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems Can solve problems and make good decisions Works well independently and with a team Takes pride in providing a clean, professional, and welcoming guest experience Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate. Some shifts are calm and give you time to get things done. Other shifts can be busy, with multiple guests arriving, phones ringing, and unexpected issues that need to be handled. You'll spend most of your shift at the front desk and lobby, standing and walking for extended periods while regularly using a computer and telephone.
