Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Your energetic and positive attitude will ensure every guest feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. You will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with various departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your dedication to hospitality excellence will help create memorable stays for our guests and foster long-lasting relationships. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages as needed. Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of customer service. Conduct night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure accuracy at the end of each shift. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries to appropriate departments. Support guest relations by resolving issues quickly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills. Familiarity with front desk procedures, guest services, and hotel management systems. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of resort operations and guest relations best practices. Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment.
