Dental, Vision, Accident, etc. (full-time year-round employees) Overview As a member of the Triple Creek Ranch (TCR) front desk team, the front desk attendant position will diligently and thoroughly perform duties in an efficient, friendly and professional manner while working cooperatively with management and co-workers in an atmosphere of teamwork while maintaining positive and friendly relations with all guests and co-workers. Minimum Required Qualifications The person in this position needs to: Constantly remain in a stationary position staffing the front desk area. Occasionally move about the lodge area to assist guests. Constantly operate a computer and other office equipment including copiers, laminator and calculator. Occasionally position self to drop cash into a low safe and access lower cabinets. Constantly communicate with guests, contractors and employees who have inquiries about TCR. Must be able to accurately exchange information in these situations. Occasionally move equipment and boxes weighing up to 25 pounds across short distances. Frequently work in a tight quartered, fast paced environment. Essential Functions Create a positive and energetic environment that supports the delivery of an exceptional guest experience while upholding the highest level of TCR and Relais & Châteaux standards. Maintain the extraordinary five-star TCR image and resort appearance including all service, cleanliness, and appearance standards. Maintain the communications hub of the property including radio calls, answering and directing phone calls/requests and receiving, opening and delivering mail. Support daily communications with guests on special requests, guest needs and changes to operational norms. Interact with and assist guests in a polite, professional and competent manner. Comply with company policies & procedures, safety standards & rules, and federal/state/local laws and ordinances. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
