Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and dining options to assist guests effectively. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Experience Previous experience in a Front Desk or Guest Services role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.
