Bonuses Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, make reservations, reward programs, and special requests. Communicate with all departments to ensure all areas of the hotel are ready for an exceptional stay, as well as special requests. Welcome guests at check-in, check-out guest upon departure. Make sure the reservation has all correct information, including payment type; distribute keys and offer local suggestions for guest experience. Respond and attempt to resolve customer complaints; refer to management or other departments when necessary to take care of guest needs in a timely and proper manner.

Qualifications:

Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Ability to stand for long periods of time.
