This role requires weekend availability and covers a 7 AM to 3 PM shift or a 3 PM to 11 PM shift. In this role, you'll be the face of the hotel—welcoming guests, managing reservations, answering questions, and resolving concerns to ensure every stay is a great one. Compensation:
$18 hourly
Responsibilities:
Provide every guest with a warm welcome during check-in and a smooth departure experience at check-out, ensuring accurate room assignments and key distribution Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Answer incoming calls and assist guests with questions about bookings, rates, amenities, availability, rewards programs, and special requests (in person, online, and by phone) Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for arriving guests Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest account information and assist with general bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications:
1+ year of hotel or related experience preferred Comfortable handling phone calls and high-pressure situations Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and time management skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation systems About Company The My Place Hotel in Kalispell is an extended-stay hotel property that focuses on year-round high occupancy with both off-season extended-stay guests and leisure guests during the peak season.
