Part-time, 2nd shift (typically 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) | Weekend availability required — this is non-negotiable The Role We're hiring a part-time 2nd shift Front Desk Agent to run the front of house during our busiest check-in hours. 2nd shift is where the day happens — it's when the majority of our guests arrive after a long day of travel, when problems from earlier in the day need resolving, and when the tone of every guest's stay gets set for the night. Weekend Availability — Read This First This role requires weekend availability. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights are our highest-volume shifts and the reason this position exists. If you can't consistently work weekends, please don't apply — we've been burned too many times by candidates who said "weekends are fine" and then weren't. What You'll Do Check-ins — greet arriving guests, run reservations, assign rooms, process payments, and handle Choice Privileges loyalty accounts Guest service — answer phones, take reservations, handle requests and complaints calmly and professionally Shift operations — run shift reports, balance the drawer, and hand off cleanly to the night audit Lobby & breakfast prep — keep the lobby and public restrooms clean and presentable; help set up the breakfast area for the next morning as needed Communication — flag maintenance issues, coordinate with housekeeping on late arrivals or room moves, and keep the property running smoothly through the evening What We're Looking For Reliability above everything else.
