We believe that our success is built on our team, and we are looking for a friendly, professional Guest Services Agent to join our family atmosphere. The Role As a Guest Services Agent, you are the face of the Oceanana Motel. You are the first person our guests meet, and you play a critical role in setting the tone for their stay. From managing check-ins and reservations to providing local recommendations and addressing guest inquiries, your warmth and efficiency will ensure every visitor feels right at home. You will be instrumental in maintaining the high level of hospitality that our guests have come to expect.
