Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, reliable Front Desk Associate with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, answering phones, making reservations, processing payments, responding to guest needs, and assisting with daily front desk operations. Candidates should be organized, dependable, comfortable using computers, and able to provide a welcoming experience for every guest. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude. Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with reservations. Provide information about the hotel and local attractions. Process guest payments and maintain accurate records. Address guest questions and resolve concerns in a courteous, timely manner. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Help keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming. Requirements Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required.
