Work six days 9am to 3pm: Off Sunday. Dependable Candidate Only. Hotel Experience plus.

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
Process payments and handle cash transactions
Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Work in Laundry
Notify management any guest issue, Room issue and property issue
Perform all hotel related task given by management
