Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a friendly and professional experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications. Conduct nightly audit procedures to verify financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports for management review. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, billing details, and incident reports in hotel management systems. Monitor security cameras and perform visual inspections of the property to ensure safety and security during overnight hours. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility concerns efficiently. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is desirable. Experience working in resort or hotel environments that emphasize guest relations and hospitality excellence. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest service standards within the hospitality industry. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in guest services or front desk roles that demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
