In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or checking out early, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining the security and integrity of the hotel operations. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, combined with excellent communication skills, will help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests satisfied and returning time after time. Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests. Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing information or directing calls as needed. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and ensuring guest safety protocols are followed. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support daily hotel operations. Assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and special requests to enhance their stay experience. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems. Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems. Familiarity with guest relations practices to foster positive interactions and resolve issues efficiently. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and security standards.
